Spa breaks London
Sofitel London Heathrow Terminal 5 London Heathrow Airport
Spa & Leisure
Spa is what Sofitel does best, and in the most decadent of ways, and the London Heathrow branch of the collection is no exception. There is a gym, but this is really a place for total indulgence, and accordingly there is a hydro pool surrounded by a number of cosy loungers to relax on for the afternoon.
The pièce de résistance is the treatment menu however, and with five treatment rooms including one double room, the spa uses ESPA and Jessica nails products to deliver a range of facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, wraps and scrubs.
Hotel & Accommodation
Heathrow is probably not the first place you think of being enveloped in five star luxury, unless perhaps the Sofitel group has something to do with it. Showcasing the brand’s characteristically personal service and sophisticated, contemporary design, the hotel is just over 20 minutes from London, has 605 rooms and suites, and is connected to Heathrow Terminal 5 via a walkway.
Appropriately for its location and key to the brand’s character, the hotel’s bars and restaurants deliver a fusion of international flavours from the all-day tea salon, to the gourmet French restaurant. There is also a Perrier Jouët Bar, and cocktails available at the Sphere bar.
