Quad Spa is located within the Crowne Plaza London - Docklands hotel, just a five minute stroll from the western entrance of ExCeL and three minutes from Royal Victoria DLR station and the Emirates Air Line cable car. Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. We have three calming treatment rooms where we offer ESPA facial and body solutions and Peron Rigot waxing, plus a nail studio offering both CND Shellac and OPI manicures and pedicures. Each of our ESPA body treatments, rituals, massages and wraps is designed to ensure you experience the best physical and emotional therapeutic benefits depending on your needs. ESPA facials begin with a detailed consultation and in-depth skin analysis using Skinvision technology. Your facial is tailored to your specific areas of concern. We have facial solutions to combat lack of radiance, dehydration, sensitivity, purification and anti-ageing. Treatments range from 25 minute express pick-me-ups such as a salt and oil scrub; back, neck and shoulder massage; or invigorating foot treatment; through to an 85 minute back, face, scalp treatment with or without hot stones. ESPA massage techniques available are Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Swedish and Deep Tissue. When a full spa package is booked, guests will have access to the sauna, steam room, swimming pool, spa pool and gym. Herbal and fruit infusions, freshly squeezed juices and salads are served downstairs in Docklands Bar and Grill, if you require a light lunch or supper after your treatments.
