The only disappointing thing about my stay was while I was eating my breakfast the waitress kept asking me if I was going to pay now whilst I was still eating but otherwise my stay was good

Lækker luksus ved siden af Big Ben og London Eye.

Fantastisk hotel, meget flot og luksuriøst. Tilstand, komfort, faciliteter og rengøring var helt i top ! Personalet var meget venlige, men næsten for venlige. Alt i alt et hotel jeg bestemt ville anbefale og selv besøge igen.

Great Hotel, Walking Distance to Iconic Spots

Very good location, walking distance to many iconic areas. Hotel & rooms were clean, staff friendly & helpful. Encountered no problems or issues. Check-in was fast & room was ready on arrival.

Wonderful hotel, excellent location. Within alkable distance from Big Ben and London eye.

Luxury Location in London

Hotel is great location. Stayed here 3 times in the past 6 yrs. 2 of the 3 times I have been given an accessible room without my need for this. Last time, I was asked/advised that this was the only room available - so OK. This time (Sept 2016) I was not informed - had booked a 2 bed normal room and got the accessible room. Low sink, funny shower etc. When I pointed out that they had changed the booking without my knowledge - they changed my to a usual rm for 2nd night. They were good about it when advised. I am happy that they have accessible rooms for those needing this. Tesco express nearby is good for snacks and cheap food.

Great location

We got a room change because our safe didn't work. Ended out with a view of Big Ben which was great. Sunday only the beds and bin were done no toilet rolls left and glasses left from night before, Called reception and toilet rolls were delivered to room. Cake and bubbly delivered to room for my husbands birthday was a nice surprise. Check out was great. All in all a good hotel with lots of staff who were very attentive
